1. Information We Collect

When you use Mindaeon Foundry, we collect:

  • Account information: Name, email address, and organization name when you register.
  • OAuth data: When you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your email, name, and profile picture from the provider.
  • Project data: Code, configurations, and design files you create within the platform.
  • Usage data: API requests, feature usage, and AI token consumption for billing and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Mindaeon Foundry service.
  • To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
  • To process AI requests through third-party providers (xAI, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google).
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, billing, security alerts).
  • To improve our service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global network using D1 (database), R2 (file storage), and KV (cache). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party AI Providers

When you use AI features, your prompts and project context may be sent to third-party AI providers (xAI, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) for processing. These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not store AI provider responses beyond your session unless you explicitly save generated code.

5. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
